Lunch and Snack Time

Morning Snack:

Please send a small, healthy snack and drink (remember utensils and napkins) to fuel your child's brain and body during our mid-morning break each day.

Some quick snack ideas to consider:

  • Snack mixes made with raisins and whole grain cereal  
  • Raw vegetables and dip  
  • Whole grain crackers with cheese   
  • Low fat granola mixes  
  • Non-sugared cereals 
  • String cheese 
  • Dried fruits  
  • Fresh fruit  
  • Rice Cakes 
  • Bagels  
  • Yogurt  


Lunch:

Lunch is being served free of charge to all students this year.  If your child is only ordering milk or a bottle of water, the charge is 50 cents.  Menus can be found on the district website.  First graders will eat lunch at 12:00 this year in the cafeteria.
